In June q director Richard Quinlan traveled to London and New York with BNN host Marty Cej to find out if the City, London Financial District was overtaking Wall Street as the world’s financial centre.  The half-hour special premiered on BNN on August 28th, 2008.  Rumbling through the debate over London’s and New York’s merits is the specter of the US sub-prime mess.
