Field Notes: Field Goes North

Episode Two – Field Goes North

Q Director of Photography, Steven Field’s behind-the-scenes look at how we experiment and test new ideas. “Field Notes” is part vlog, part rant, part tech helpline, part on-set insight, and part stand-up comedy. Take a look as Steven reveals the work that goes into making sure our shoots go off without a hitch. Today’s episode is about the possibilities of shooting in 360˚.

**IPhone cult members PLEASE NOTE**

The 360˚ tech in the video is actually best viewed using THIS LINK.

Follow Steven and Caitie on a two-day trip up to Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Labrador shot entirely in 360˚. Shot with the same camera as our 2017 Q Christmas card, this super small technology gives a unique perspective on the process we go through to tell important stories from all over the world.
