We had one objective for our newest DLC campaign – “all the feels.” Securing a mortgage is an emotional time for many clients and DLC wanted an authentic commercial campaign that showcased these relatable moments.

Securing your first place, downsizing for retirement and discovering your dream home are all emotional moments. DLC wanted to capture the power of the moments in short, personalized spots.

Get real. 

We developed a series of  3 x 15 second spots based real life testimonials from real families DLC has supported. We ensured that each spot targeted a different DLC demographic, and developed a storyline that showed our characters in a moment of pure joy as a result of their home and financial security.

DLC brokers also develop close relationships with their clients – another huge value add of the lenders. So we also developed a 30 second commercial following the life cycle of a mortgage, all seen through the eyes of a growing family.
